Terms of Service
Last updated:
1. The service
Cavas, which operates Provisore ("Provisore", "we"), provides a control plane for provisioning and managing servers that you own or rent from third-party infrastructure providers ("your servers"). We execute commands on your servers exclusively at your direction, via the SSH credentials you authorize. We do not host your applications and are not a party to your agreement with your infrastructure provider.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Team owners are responsible for the actions of members they invite. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate billing information.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Provisore to operate services that are unlawful in Denmark or your own jurisdiction, including but not limited to: distribution of malware, phishing infrastructure, unlicensed gambling, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that endanger the platform or other customers.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically. Plan limits apply per team. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period; we do not offer partial-month refunds. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
5. Your servers, your data
Cancelling Provisore does not affect software already configured on your servers. Sites, services and certificates continue to run. We retain configuration metadata for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
6. Availability & liability
The control plane is provided "as is" with a target availability of 99.9% (contractual SLA on the Scale plan only). Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for downtime of your servers, your infrastructure provider, or losses caused by scripts you customized.
7. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Danish law; venue is the courts of Aalborg, Denmark.
