Billing & plans

Priced by how many servers you connect and monitor. Unlimited sites, unlimited deploys, and free SSL on every plan.

Plans

  • Solo, $12/month. 1 seat, 3 connected servers, 3 monitored servers.
  • Pro, $29/month. Unlimited seats, unlimited connected servers, 10 monitored servers, then $5/month for each additional one, billed by the hour.
  • Scale, $59/month. Unlimited seats, unlimited connected servers, 20 monitored servers, then $5/month for each additional one, billed by the hour.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card up front and pay nothing until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged, and your access ends when you cancel.

A monitored server is one running the metrics collector or the log shipper, and those are what the monitored limit counts. Removing an agent frees a monitored slot at once, and the server keeps running. Removing a server from Provisore frees a connected slot.

Past the included monitored servers, Provisore shows the hourly charge and asks you to accept it before installing the agent. To cap that, set a safety limit under Settings → Billing, in Usage. Past it, installing another agent is refused.

Stripe handles checkout and payment methods, and prorates plan changes. Moving to a plan with a lower server limit does not affect servers you already have. The new limit applies when you add more. Only an owner can open checkout or the billing portal.

What your servers and object storage cost beside the plan is under Settings → Billing → Infrastructure costs.

If a trial or subscription lapses

The team becomes read-only. You keep the app, logs, metrics, and read access over the API, but you cannot make changes: no deploys, no new servers or sites, no invitations. Your applications keep serving throughout, because Provisore manages servers and does not sit in front of them.

Certificate renewal keeps running, so an existing certificate does not expire while billing is sorted out. So does metrics collection, so your alert rules keep their data. Issuing a new certificate needs an active subscription.

Cancelling

Your servers and sites keep running as configured. You lose the app, the API, and the automation around them. Everything on the server is standard Ubuntu configuration you can manage yourself.
